 ANNOUNCES THE PICKLE RUN WINTER TRAINING SERIES!!!

Tim Krueger and the folks at  have announced finalized plans for The Pickle Run Winter 5k races, a series of 5k running events at the beautiful Ridley Creek State Park in Media, PA. The race series will host three events on January 19th, February 16th and March 15th. The January and March events will feature an "out and back" style 5k course along the Sycamore Mills Road paved trail, while the February event will be a "Prediction Run," a format which requires all racers to predict their finishing time prior to the start of the race, without the benefit of a watch or timing device.

All racers will be treated to hot post-race beverages compliments of Starbucks, heated bathrooms, and a beautiful long-sleeve "Pickle Run" t-shirt for those who pre-register on-line.Precision race timing will be provided by

Tim is a proud member of the Delaware County Road Runners Club ( ), the area's largest and oldest running club.
